Alaina Hess- Preschool Supervisor

Alaina Hess graduated in 2020 from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Since becoming a Preschool Teacher she has decided to pursue her Masters in Early Childhood Education at her alma mater. Alaina has over 8 years of experience working with kids in a home and daycare setting. This will be her fifth year as a Preschool Teacher at Marinwood and third as Supervisor.

I believe that preschool is very important year for their growth and help form key building blocks for their future emotional and social development. I am committed to providing a safe and caring environment while preparing students to be successful in Kindergarten.”

Francesca Guillen

Francesca has worked with children of all ages in a variety of settings. From a community center, tutoring elementary students, to supporting youth in mental health, Francesca acknowledges the importance of helping each child individually to help them succeed.

“I am a proud mom of three with a background as a Medical Assistant in Pediatrics. Caring for children has always been at the heart of what I do, both professionally and personally. I am truly passionate about helping kids grow, thrive, and reach their full potential.
